I am a recent federal retiree that panicked amid the last election outcome by moving my tsp to bonds. I am prepared to dip back into the market but am waiting for the election outcome.
Is it wise to wait or should I move more quickly?

Since you are retired, my biggest concern is how much investment income you rely on. The more you rely on your investments, the more conservative you should be. The less you rely on them, the less conservative you should be.
I would need to get a fuller picture of your retirement to say definitively.
